ABOUT THE ROLE:
The EMEA Employee Engagement team is looking for a vibrant
self-starter to fill the role of Sr. Specialist, Employee Engagement
Operations and Channels.
_YOU WILL_ work with the manager of operations and projects to ensure
alignment, efficiency and scale for the team. This is a key role on
the team to connect the dots and help execute comms campaigns and
projects across the region.
_YOU WILL_ partner with our comms leads and creative team on the
creation, monitoring and reporting of a wide variety of campaigns
across multiple channels and platforms such as email (Marketing
Cloud), blog?s (Wordpress), Slack, project management tool(s)
(Asana, Smartsheet) and more.
_YOU WILL_ own our core channels for build and reporting (email, blogs
and Slack) the daily stand up meetings, be the gatekeeper for our
distribution lists and you will love data and be keen to look for
trends and share them with the team so that we are constantly learning
and improving as we grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating and monitoring a wide variety of campaigns across channels
such as email, blog, Slack and more. Ensuring design and layouts of
emails are optimised, user and mobile-friendly. Be the gatekeeper for
our distribution lists and maintain them across the region for all
sends/campaigns. Own campaign reporting for the region and be able to
feedback on results of campaigns, spot trends and present the findings
to the team and management on an ongoing basis.
Own the process for our project management tool (Asana) with the
manager and be the overall process gatekeeper to keep our team
aligned. Own the team?s daily stand up meetings and partner with our
comms leads and stakeholders across the region. Proof key messaging in
and out of email/channel templates and develop and own the QA process
before send to our employees.
Develop resources, templates and best practices for effective
communication across our core channels, and deliver enablement
programs for selected stakeholders to help them communicate
effectively. Contribute to and maintain the EMEA content and
engagement calendar to ensure accurate content and a balance of
messaging across audiences and channels. Facilitate post-mortems with
our team and stakeholders to capture lessons learned to improve our
process and our work.
Work, think, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment
Experience / Skills required:
Proven work experience as an email marketing manager, channel manager,
digital marketing specialist, digital project manager Extensive
knowledge and experience with email marketing clients especially
marketing cloud. Hands on experience with HTML and content management
systems Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics Familiarity with
analytical and database tools Excellent written communication and
copywriting skills Outstanding organisational, communication, and
interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written).
Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments and
geographies (cross-functional groups a plus). The ability to
effectively use common communication and PM tools (Asana, Smartsheet,
Quip, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google suite, Microsoft office,
SCRUM, CSM?, PMBOK?, PMP?, PMI? etc) Dynamic, charismatic,
confident personality with ability to successfully drive projects with
minimal guidance High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
